Once your order is approved successfully, we send a confirmation email to you containing your tickets and receipts in PDF form. Sometimes these emails will be marked as spam or trash—double check your trash or spam folders in your email account. You can print the tickets at home or save the QR code to your mobile phone. Show staff your code at the entrance to enter the festival.
Yes, we do offer group tickets for 10+ people, it's available for purchase on Eventbrite.
We have different ticket prices for adults, kids, and seniors.

Organized by CPAA, the Vernon Lights Festival™ is a winter festival that celebrates the holiday season with a lantern park, entertainment, food, modern art exhibits, interactive games, cultural arts and experiences, and live stage performances. From November to January.
Unfortunately no, there is no real panda at Hello Panda festival. However, you will be surrounded and have fun with dozens of panda lanterns. Also, our mascot panda will walk around the park. Good luck to meet him.

The Vernon Lights Festival™ provides performances, art exhibits, interactive activities, games, food and drink, unique souvenirs and competitions. There are different themes each week and different activities every day. Follow @hellopandafest on social media for updates.
Of course! Visitors can enjoy a diverse selection of food and drink from around the world inside a warm, heated dining tent.
No, outside food is not permitted at the festival.
Yes, all ages are welcome at our Panda Night Live tent.

Yes, the Vernon Lights Festival™ is a pet-friendly event. Pets are allowed in all outdoor areas and must be leashed. You will be held responsible for your pets. Service pets are allowed everywhere at the festival.
Yes! There are themed events and activities every week, including Christmas and New Year’s. Please follow @hellopandafest on social media to stay up-to-date on our upcoming activities.
Sorry, we don’t provide lockers at the festival. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
If you lost a personal item at the festival, you can check with Lost & Found at the main entrance.
Some, but not all. There are over 20 lantern sets that you can touch and walkthrough. And over 10 interactive lantern sets like the Dance Floor and Teeterboard that you can play on. For your own safety, please follow the instructions by each lantern.
Sorry, we do not open during rain, heavy snow, or extreme weather days. We want to protect the lanterns and make sure our guests stay safe as well.
Sorry, the Vernon Lights Festival™ is a smoke-free event. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere in the park.
